He was predeceased by: his parents, James Segars and Sadie Melton Segars; and his significant other Jean R. Barnett. He is survived by: his siblings, Grady Lee Segars (JoAnne) of Morganton, Shelby Mosely of Chester, SC and Barbara Lynn Moseley (Odell) of Spartanburg, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
