She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chmura and Kathryn Chmura; and her brother Michael F. Chmura. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Chamberlain of Morganton; her son-in-law William Sullivan; her granddaughters, Storm Jump and Lila Chamberlain; and her sister Diane Johnson.
