He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Simmons and Addie Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Dottie Tuttle Simmons; his daughter April Dawn Simmons; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Tuttle, Monty Tuttle, Terry Seagle and Penny Stephens.
Due to the ongoing Pandemic, the family is going to have a private family service.
