J.; his fiancée Glinda Bingham; his sons, Zack Causby (Katie) and Derek Causby (Jessica); his grandchildren, Raylee Hargus, Evelyn Causby, Hadley Causby and Andi Kate Causby; his stepchildren, Stephanie Nelson (Shane), Amber Lackey (Clint) and Dustin Bingham (Kayla); his stepgrandchildren, Luke Nelson, Brailey Nelson, Beckett Nelson, Colby Lackey and Leah Lackey; and his siblings, Bobby Causby (Pam), Jeanne Kelly (Brian) and Janet Vail (Mike).

Memorial contributions may be made to Amorem Hospice.
