He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Greta Lail Garrison and Joseph Richard Rector; his children, Rassie Rector (Kiesha), Joseph Rector (Veronica), Jessica Riggs (Jonathan) and Gage Charlet; his stepmother Nita Rector; his grandchildren, Tyler, Kaleb, Kyla Rector, Savannah, Morgan Rector, Hayden, Trever (Alexis) and Noah Rector; his great grandchild Benjamin; and his friend Megan Melott.
