She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Charles and Carrie Osbourne Burleson Joann; and her husband Kenneth Ray Buchanan. She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Buchanan (Jody) of Morganton and Jeff Buchanan (Brandy) of Morganton; her grandchildren, Zachary Buchanan, Avery Buchanan, Shelby Buchanan, Carson Hurt, Zeppeline Hefner and Melody Gatch; and her great grandchildren, Gayleigh Buchanan, Harlan Buchanan and Waylon Harbison.
