He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frances Heath, Dr. Ray and Lib Alexander. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. David Eugene Alexander and Emily Caroline Heath Alexander; his brother Dr. John Alexander (Laura); his grandfather Raymond Heath; his uncles, Bill Heath (Paula), Edward Heath (Kim), Dr. Michael Alexander (Libby) and Dr. Steven Alexander (Christine); his aunt Kathy Robison (John); his cousins, Stephanie Linsley (Chris), Stacie (Ryan Nankervis), Candace McNeely (Jordan), Lucy, Will Heath, Mackenzie Heath, Mitchell Heath (Lindsey), Christopher, Stefan Alexander, Julia Alexander, Mark Deutsch, Daniel and Nic Alexander; and also, Blake, Annabelle, Bryson, Henry, Harrison, Sawyer and Wes.
