He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Raleigh Osborne and Chessie Graybeal Osborne; his aunt Gladys; and his uncle Eubert Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Hart Osborne; his children, Donna Osborne Hurd (Kenneth), Diane Osborne Bradshaw (Billy), Denise Osborne Manis (John) and Don Ray Osborne; his grandchildren, Karen Auton, Kimberly Bradshaw, Nikki Schumacher, Ethan Osborne and Emily Osborne; his cousin JoAnne Austin; his close friend Violet Koutroubas; and his caregiver Dawn McGimsey. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
