He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Carter and Anna Riegle Carter. He is survived by: his wife Heather Carter; his children, Leeanna Carter and Andrew Weinhauer; and his granddaughter Mariana Carter. He is also survived by 6 brothers and 3 sisters along with many nieces and nephews, his family and friends.
