He is survived by: his siblings, Diann Thomas Tate (Oscar Tate), Belinda Vinson (Walter Vinson) of Morganton, NC, Stephen Thomas I (Susan Thomas) of Loris, SC, Frank A. Thomas (Sandra Thomas) of Claremont, NC and Phillip J. Thomas (Vonda Thomas) of Morganton, NC; and his sister-in-law Frances Johnson Thomas Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
