He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee Cook and Rachel Adams Morris; his wife Amanda Cook; his stepparents, Sandra Cook and Robert Morris; his children, Sierra Anthony, Bryson Lefevers, Porsche McPeters and Gracie Cook; his siblings, Wendy Carter, Kailee Walsh, Jason Laws, Roger Cook, Homer Cook and Jack Cook; and his grandchildren, Elioth, Bailee Rose, Shelby Cook, Frog Cook, Julie Cook and Destiny Cook.
