It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greta Clark Waters (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on February 9, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Watkins Clark and Julia Agnes Poteat Clark. She is survived by: her husband Roy Waters; her children, Julia Waters Sims (Jeff) and Chip Waters (Terri); her grandchildren, Travis Sims, Brett Sims-Mikesell (Kyle) and Joey Waters; and her siblings, Rita Clark Brittain and Kenneth Clark (Francis). She is also survived by three great grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care, 1721 Enon Rd., Valdese, NC 28690.
