He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Ruth Bollinger; his siblings, Henry Bollinger, Clayton Bollinger and Juanita Crotts (Sam); and his stepdaughter Patricia Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Anderson; his daughters, Tammy Hodnett (Steven) and Ashley Chang (Richard); his grandchildren, Peyton Lane and Chandler Lail; his sisters, Faye Norman and Ann Carswell; his pet Oreo; his stepsons, Kenneth Peeler and Steven Peeler (Susie); and his stepgrandchildren, Charlee, Nate, Kimberleigh, Savanah, Erin and McKenzie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
