He is survived by: his parents, Sherwin Lee Teague and Linda Sue Allen (David); his wife Tracy Sullivan Teague; his sons, Michael Lee Teague and Nathan Rush Teague; his father-in-law Tommy Joe Sullivan; and his brother Brian Shell. He is also survived by numerous cousins and multiple friends.
