He was predeceased by: his mother Earline Moody Puckett; and his siblings, Robert (Butch), Glenn, Jerry Puckett and Margaret Braswell.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Richner Puckett; his daughters, Amanda Blair (Brian) and Angie Hill (Scott); his stepchildren, Amber Phillips (Jordan) and Josh Johnson (Kristen); and his siblings, John, Allen Puckett, Brenda Keen (Dewey), Phyllis Markland and Cathy Reavis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
