He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stinson Justice and Ruby Beck Justice; and his brothers, Phillip "Lynn" Justice and Thomas David Justice. He is survived by: his brother Clarence "Edward" Justice (Lynn); his sister-in-law Kay Harris Justice; and his nieces and nephews, Todd Conley Justice, Robin Justice Stouffer (Mark), Amber Justice, Sheila Justice Parks (David), Rebecca Stevens Matthews (Darin) and Jeffery Stevens.
