I graduated in 1964 and Dillard became the editor. Years later, I learned that he had been expelled from Troy for his work as editor and that a Federal judge ruled that his 1st amendment rights had been violated. Does anyone know the legal name of this case or have a copy of the decision? Dillard and his family made history,”
