He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulice Woodard and Margaret Hoxit Woodard Chapman; his son Clint Woodard; and his brothers, Allen and Bobby Woodard.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Woodard; his son James Wilkie Woodard; his granddaughter Chloe Dawn Woodard; his siblings, Patricia Jordan (Mel), Linda Clark and Charles Woodard (Janet); and his stepfather Roy Chapman.
