He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean Mankins and Doris Mathews Mankins. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Mintz Mankins; his children, William "Bill" Duggins (Rusti) and Jolene Duggins-Wyatt (Adrian); his grandchildren, Charles, Ashley (Lee), Nick, Brian, Jesseka and Rebecca; his great grandchildren, Aila and Thea; and his sisters, Diana Farage and Joanie Wineman (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
