He was predeceased by: his father Cyrus McArthur Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jo Bollinger Duckworth; his stepfather Jerry Duckworth; his sons, Brandon Anthony, Johnny Anthony (Tiffany) and Justin Anthony; his siblings, Tim and Sherry; his girlfriend April Brank; and his friend Dot Anderson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, and extended family.
