He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cook and Macie Shuping Cook; and his siblings, Joyce Setzer and Burlin Long. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Denton (Mark) and Tonya Jaynes (David); his close friend Edith Allen; his grandchildren, Tyler Nye, Jordan, Jessica, Sarah Denton, Deanna Beck, Jodi Monroy, Paige Brown, Kama Greene and Cheyenne Suddreth; and his extended family, Cynthia Suddreth, Debra Branch and Kim Beck. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other extended family.
