He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bennett and Beverly Musslewhite Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Pettry (Stacey), Doug Bennett and David Bennett (Melissa); and his nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Alysha, Elizabeth, Kayla, Destiny, Autumn, McKenzie, Brittany, Sara, David, Dekota, Kaleb and Trenten. He is also survived by two great-nieces; and eight great-nephews.
