With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cornelia Proctor Johnson (Morganton, North Carolina), who passed away on August 18, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Stokes Proctor and Bessie Rhymer Proctor; her husband James Arney Johnson; her brothers, Marshall and Bill Proctor; and her son-in-law Clyde Franklin.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Johnson (Sharon), Joe Johnson (Tracy) and Sarah Franklin; and her grandchildren, Jenny Currie (Neil), Dawn Foster (Erick) and Justin Bollinger. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
