She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Theodore Parker and Madgie Inez Gwynn Parker; her husband James Donald Belton; and her siblings, Freddie T. Parker and Cathy Lockman.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Belton (April) of Morganton and Greg Belton of Morganton; her siblings, Roney Parker (Charlotte), Troy Parker (Deborah), Calvin Parker (Cheryl), Shirley Finch (Paul) and Barbara Parker; her grandchildren, Haley and Jessey Belton; and her great grandchild Hunter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews as well as other relatives and friends.
