He is survived by: his children, Samuel Helms, Stephanie Helms, Logan Hollifield and Zoe Hollifield; his grandchildren, Brooke Castro, Julian Castro, Kaedyn Helms, Chloe Helms, Damien Helms and Jayla Keene; his sisters, Helen Brown and Cathy Romero; his half-brother Wayne Helms; his niece Amy Walker; and his nephew Phillip Romero.
