It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Lowery (Morganton, North Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Franklin Lowery and Floye Roberta McKelvy Lowery; and his sons, Charles Lowery, II and Rickey Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith Lowery; his daughters, Tina Huffman Walker (Scotty) and DeeDee Lowery Allen (Chris); and his siblings, David Lowery and Juanita Merrit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
