He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Savanna Baker and Estelle Lowman Baker; and his sister Margaret Baker Ritchie. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Whisenant Baker; his sons, Keith R Baker (Kimberly) and Michael L Baker (Tracy); his granddaughters, Stephanie Baker Phillips (Josh) and Brittany Baker Donnelly (Neal); his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Hammer, Wyatt Baker and Briana Phillips; his nephew Danny Ritchie; and his nieces, Kim Ritchie Baker and Lisa Ritchie Ramsey. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
