She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Steele Oliver and Helen Barlowe Oliver; her husband John Hight Moore; and her brothers, Dennis, Ron and Larry Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Moore Kent (Mike), John Hight Moore II (Amy) and David Moore (Laurie); her grandchildren, Heath Kent (Victoria), Jade Kent Salyer (Nick), Dylan Hight Moore (Evelyn), Jessie Moore (Ezekiel Mitchell), Austen Moore, Steele Moore and Lily Anne Moore; and her great grandchildren, Nixon, Lincoln, Hayes Kent and Brock Salyer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartland Baptist Church (3730 Hartland Rd, Morganton, NC 28655). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
