He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Cutshaw and Blanche Cutshaw; his brothers, Wade Cutshaw and Ronnie Cutshaw; and his sister-in-law Brenda Cutshaw.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Cutshaw (Deborah), Ted Cutshaw (Brenda), Judith Donaldson, Audrey Hellard (Sid), Ellen McDonald (Calvin) and Margie Watkins; and his sister-in-law Teresa Cutshaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
