She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Huffman and Alma Marie Hartman Huffman; her former husband David Lee Cline, Sr.; her husband Thomas Edward Farr; and her great grandchild Oliver Cline.

She is survived by: her children, Vickie Abee (Danny), David Cline, Jr. (Dora), Karen Frasure, Donnie Lail (Lisa) and Ronnie Lail (Sheila); her grandchildren, Brittany, Tyler, Justin, Tessa, Haley, Marah, Megan, Darren, Dalton, Robert and Summer; and her great grandchildren, Brentlee, Tailynn, Logan, Emma Sue, Elliot, Madison and Ethan. She is also survived by 2 sisters and 1 brother.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation in Barbara's name.
