He was predeceased by: his parents, Winslow G. Ballew, Sr. and Wahlee Greene Ballew; his wife Sara Tulloch Ballew of Winston-Salem, NC; and his sister Catherine Ballew Gourley. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Tulloch Ballew of Morehead City and Winslow G. Ballew III of Charlottesville, VA; his grandchildren, Anna Kathleen Tidwell of Birmingham, AL, Caleb Winslow Ballew of Huntsville, AL, Olivia Hamill Ballew of Bloomington, IN and Elias Taylor Ballew of Cary, NC; and his great grandchildren, David Winslow Raymer and Eliza Ballew Tidwell.
