It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Michael Fahy (Morehead City, North Carolina), who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Fahy and Katherine McIntosh Fahy; and his nephew Matthew Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Diane Fahy; his children, Teri Fahy Edwards (David) of Beaufort and Mike Fahy (Deena) of Cary; his siblings, Maureen Hernandez of Newport and Michael James Fahy (Laura) of New Bern; and his grandchildren, Anna "Alex" Buffaloe (Christopher), Tristan Allen Edwards and Jacob Fahy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
