He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson and Katie Lee; and his sister Betty. He is survived by: his wife Millie Lee; his sons, Matthew Kuykendall (Ozzie), Mark Lee (Diana) and Andrew Lee; his grandchildren, Garrett Lee, Shonie and Chainey Kuykendall; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Huckemeyer (Merlin), Jane Rosen (Joe), Cathy Ballard (Jerry) and Ray Lampley (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
