He is survived by: his daughter Patricia "Trish" Sheppard of Beaufort; his grandchildren, John Koomen (Amy) of Brandon, FL, Christina Keesecker (Ryan) of Virginia Beach, VA, Camille Vaughan (Craig) of Virginia Beach, VA, Chapin Campbell (Erin) of Hillsborough, NC and Robert Rodgers (Liz) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his great grandchildren, Robert Koomen, Eleanor Koomen, Benjamin Koomen, Mae Keesecker, Finn Keesecker, Campbell Vaughan, Reed Vaughan, Gwyneth Vaughan, Juniper Campbell and Malcolm Campbell.
