It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Ellison Hall (Morehead City, North Carolina), who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda Hall and Shannon Hall; his wife Elena Flores Hall; his daughter Matilda Hall Balance; his brothers, Bob Hall, Bob Miller and Jim Bennett; his parents-in-law, Hilario and Victoria Flores; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Rubio and Salvador Flores of Chicago, IL; his son-in-law Carl Balance; his granddaughter Aralyn Setliff; and also Erma Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Hall (Toni) of Trinity, NC, Mark Hall (Tina) of Thomasville, NC, Vicky Pohoresky of Otway, NC, Pamela Davis (Louis) of Otway, NC and Melissa Duvall (Alan) of Fort Worth, Texas; his sisters, Trish Bennett of Watkinsville, GA, Marilyn Miller of Newnan, GA, Mary Jane Evanchuck of Bethlehem, PA and Dorothy Hall of Newport, NC; his siblings-in-law, Raul Flores (Lupe) of Chicago, IL, Irene Orozco (Frank) of Chicago, IL and Juanita Slater (LeRoy) of Queen Creek, Arizona; his close friend Benny Woodard; and his caregiver Gemma.
