She is survived by: her significant other Eugene Garner; her children, Ashley Dixon (Justin) of Asheboro and David Kay, Jr. of Newport; her siblings, Jackie Lewis (James) of Beaufort, Mary Abeyta (Bob) of Wake Forest, Cathy Allen (Bill) of Morehead City, Dawn Gordon of Raleigh, David Willis of Wake Forest, Jeffery Willis of Williston and Jack Willis (Renee) of Selma, AL; and her grandchildren, Wyatt Kay, David Kay III, Khaden Fleeman, Joshua Willis, Holly Dixon and Brianne Dixon.
