He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Willis and Juanita Willis. He is survived by: his wife Christian Newman Willis; and his sons, Mark Willis (Georgina Diaz Gomez) of Morehead City and Matthew Willis (Melanie) of Morehead City. He is also survived by sister.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are welcome, or donations may be made in Walter's memory to a charity of one's choice.
