He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Guthrie; his daughter Amber Guthrie; and his granddaughter Leanne Warneke. He is survived by: his father Phil Guthrie of Mill Creek; his wife LaRose Guthrie; his son Alex Guthrie of Mill Creek; and his grandchildren, Brianne, Landon and Bryson Warneke.
