Vines; her children, Charles, Cornelius, Gwendalena Hester of Durham, NC and Jamie Hester of Maysville, NC; her stepsons, John Crawford (Earline) and Billie Dudley; her grandson James A. Hester II (Jimmy); her daughters-in-law, Hattie Mae Vines and Johnnie Mae Vines; her brothers-in-law, Chuck Hester and Romeo Hester; her grandchildren, Michael Barkley, Charles K. Vines Jr., Theresa Vines-Williams, Cornelius E. Vines Jr., Johnny Vines, Heather Vines-DuBose, Ricky Vines and Adriana Jones; and her nieces and nephews, Claudette C. Wooten, Margaret Wright, Jocelyn Smith-Greenidge, Arlene Smith, Constance Yelverton, Lyman "Ward" Cray, James E. Smith Jr. and Delmus Green Jr.. She is also survived by other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
