She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Correnna Boyette; her husband Reverend Wilbur Teachey; and her sisters, Janie Turner, Rhee Pearson, Joyce Reeves and Ila Mae Boyette.
She is survived by: her daughter Jean Teachey Rose (Manley Rose, Jr.); and her granddaughters, Correna Taylor (Jerome Taylor) of Beaufort, NC and Rachel Rose of Otway, NC..
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
Mrs. Teachey was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2015.
