She is survived by: her sons, Garry Craven Gardner II (Nancy Blumenstein Gardner) of Atlantic Beach, NC and Michael Scott Gardner (Cynthia Driver Gardner) of Spring Hope, NC.; her grandchildren, Garry Craven "Trey" Gardner III (Sidney Henderson Gardner) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Kimberli Gardner Brafford (William Kyle Brafford) of Wake Forest, NC, Jamie Lynn Johnston (Jeffrey Tyler Johnston) of Swansboro, NC, Michae and Dylan Gardner of Spring Hope, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Gardner Brady Brafford, Scarlett Dana Brafford, Hadley Grace Johnston, Layla Grace Gardner, William Sloan Brafford, Bowen David Johnston and James Gardner of Indiana.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bogue Banks Baptist Church (1417 W Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family asks that donations be made to Bogue Banks Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
