He was predeceased by: his father Conrad "Dave" Alvin Davis; and his aunt Norma Davis Wier. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Willis Davis of Raleigh; his sister Sherry Davis of Melbourne Beach, FL; his aunt Jean Davis McLaurine; and his cousins, Ray Vance Hopper and Carol Akerley Minton.
