She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Everett and Mary Bell Everett. She is survived by: her son Forrest Berry Jr. (David Scoggins) of Morehead City; and her sister Rachel Monk of Mebane, NC. She is also survived by 8 nieces and 12 nephews.
