She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Billard and Marion Billard; her husband Dr. David Engel; her children, Don Engel (Diane) of Fredericksburg, VA, Mary Engel Mills (Andrew Mills) of Mt Pleasant, SC and Anna Engel Mitchum (Joe Mitchum) of Emerald Isle, NC.; her sister Sue Sims of Richmond, VA; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Sage Engel, Jonathan Engel, Hannah, Wesley, Noah Mills, Kathleen, Emma, Anna Claire and Isabella Mitchum.
