She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Lupton Piner of Morehead City, Gayle Lupton Campbell of Morehead City and Kerry Lupton (Cathy) of New Bern; her grandchildren, Guy Lupton, Kathryn Lupton and Samuel Piner (Amanda); her great grandchild Bentley Piner; and her sisters, Adelaide Willis of Morehead City and Margaret Becton of Harlowe.
