She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Crow and Lola Crow; her husband Wade Blackford; her son William "Bill" Cook; and her siblings, Alice "Bootsie" Morris, Mary Ann Lesmerises and Clarence "Chuck" Crow.
She is survived by: her daughter Anitra Cook Crow; her stepson A. Wade Blackford Jr. (Linbi); and her grandchildren, Patrick Cook and Sashell Blackford. She is also survived by mother to her two children.
