Ronald Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, at the age of 80, Ronald Smith of Morehead City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Thobert Smith and Regenia Salter Smith; and his brother Charles Milton Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; his children, Jenny Smith Oates (Keith) of Morehead City, Amy Smith McGregor (John) of Morehead City, Rachel Leigh Eure (Darden "Tripp") of New Bern and Jeffrey Stephen Cox (Allison) of Winterville; his brother Mickey Flynn Smith (Celia) of Terrell, NC; his grandchildren, Jennifer Matthews, Charles Kenneth Matthews, Jr., Alexandria Eure Zegers (Greg), Jacob Stephen Cox, Emily Jayne McGregor, Victoria Elizabeth Eure, Jordan Nicholas Cox, Gates Jackson Eure and Noah Paul Cox; and his great grandchildren, Gaby Davis, Violet Tetterton and Rose Tetterton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
