With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Lee Hoggard Jr. (Morehead City, North Carolina), born in Scotland Neck, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2020 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Hoggard and Ada Hoggard; and his wife Peggy Ann Willis Hoggard. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hoggard of Hollywood, FL and Bernard Hoggard of Morehead City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Crystal Coast Hospice House at P.O. Box 640, Newport, NC 28570.
