He is survived by: his sons, Mike Sawyer (Johni), Robert Sawyer and Jeff Sawyer (Kathy); his siblings, Jim Sawyer and Linda Sawyer; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Anais, Christopher, Michael and Paige.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munden Funeral Home & Crematory (2112 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at the Gethsemane Memorial Park (700 NC-24, Newport, NC 28570).
