He is survived by: his wife Mary McClellan Hakkila; his children, Timothy Kenneth Hakkila of Plymouth, MA, Jeffrey Aarne Hakkila of Plymouth, MA, Michele Boyd (Steve) of Virginia and Melissa Elaine Lowe (Jeff) of Louisville, KY; his sisters, Nancy Damon and Carol Allen (Jim); his grandchildren, Finley Lowe, Ainsley Lowe, Samantha Hakkila, Lillian Hakkila, Timothy Aarne Hakkila, Mary Elizabeth Hakkila, Cassandra Marie Hakkila (Danien Lawson) and Shane Joseph Hakkila; and his great grandchildren, Kiristen and Keira.
